TODD REALTY was opened in September 1966 in the residence of Joe and Barbara Todd.  Since its inception, the firm has been dedicated to professional real estate service and has prided itself on the skillful handling of all details of the transaction from listing through closing.

In 1973 we opened an additional office location in the Wawasee Village (current site of TODD REALTY).  In 1976 the "lake office" was moved out of the Todd residence and into the south wing of the Fish Hatchery Branch of the State Bank of Syracuse.  In 1979 the Ligonier office was opened and a separate Commercial Investment Division was opened in the Village office.  In 1980 Todd Associates, an affiliated commercial office, was opened in Goshen.  Also in this year, the "lake office" was closed and consolidated with the Village office.  In 1981 the Ligonier office was closed and in January, 1983 Todd Associates became an independent entity.

In 1993 we became TODD REALTY, INC.

In 2004 the North Webster office of  TODD REALTY was opened.  This was primarily a "market driven" decision. With the rapidly increasing prices in the Wawasee-Syracuse Lake area we felt we needed to also be in the Webster/Barbee lakes area to better serve our clients.
